The first year of real estate investing in Arizona has paid off

I took an interest in real estate investing in Arizona about a year ago and I think that my real estate investment has paid off. I said to myself that if I was going to continue to do real estate investing in Arizona it would need to pay off in the first year. So far so good my real estate investment in Arizona has done well this first year. I think I will continue with my luck and keep on doing real estate investing in Arizona and hopefully I will be as lucky in the second year with the Arizona real estate investment as I was in the first.
