My father made his money with real estate investing

He has done very well for himself with investing in real estate. Not every investment is profitable in real estate. You must be prepared to take the good with the bad. He was a risk taker, no like me at all. So I am very unsure if I could handle all the ups and downs that come with a real estate investment. I can remember hearing him talk of an investment he made in real estate where he made over $50,000 in just one month. His wise choices in real estate investing put my 4 brothers through college. I never wanted to go so he has encourage me to take the plunge into real estate investment.
