I only had one good real estate investment last year.

I have done real estate investing for years. Last year was my worst for real estate investing. The one real estate investment that I sold only made a small profit. Normally I turn over at least 4 properties each year with my real estate investing. I am not sure if I will take the risk with a new real estate investment this year. I may hold off on real estate investing until the market picks up just a bit. I have done well with real estate investing but can not afford to tie up all of my money and wait the market out. I will keep my eyes open in case a real estate investment comes up and it would be impossible to loose anything on it. But other than that I think my real estate investing will be put on hold for a bit.
