Prices are in decline and real estate “experts” give vastly different estimates of when the market will stabilize. While no one can say with any certainty when real estate will bottom out, it is certain that the volatility presents unique opportunities for real estate investors who know where to look. The stagnation in the real estate market has only increased our ability to impose terms on developers. Market conditions have also enabled us to cherry pick from amongst the best deals out there.
